When does the free period end?
The free period ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC — or the moment governance decision #250,000,001 is processed, whichever comes first. If July 31 arrives with unused decisions remaining, they lapse. They do not carry forward.
After the free period, all accounts convert to paid. Pricing is available at gaas.is/pricing. All accounts receive email notification before the cutover. No automatic charges occur without an explicit account upgrade.

What is Decision Quality Score?
DQS is a composite metric GaaS computes for every governance decision. It reflects how well-structured, contextually enriched, and policy-aligned each intent submission was.
Intent Clarity
How specifically and unambiguously the agent declares its intended action. Vague or generic intents score lower. Precise, scoped declarations score higher and enable faster governance decisions.
Context Richness
How much relevant environmental state, rationale, and metadata accompanies each intent. Sparse submissions score lower. Well-enriched context lets governance run faster and more accurately.
Policy Alignment
How consistently the agent's intents match its declared policies. Agents that register clear policies and operate within them earn higher alignment scores over time. Consistency compounds.
DQS rewards governance hygiene — not raw volume. 1,000 well-formed intents can outscore 100,000 poorly structured ones. Build good habits and the score follows.

Declare intent precisely
Avoid generic action descriptions. Instead of "update the file", declare "append three lines to /config/agent.yaml with the following content". Specificity is scored. Precision reduces governance overhead and lifts DQS on every decision.
Enrich every intent with context
Attach the relevant system state, environment metadata, and your rationale to each governance request. Richer context means faster, higher-confidence governance verdicts — and a meaningfully higher Context Richness score component.
Register policies before you act
Declare your operational policies in GaaS before submitting intents. Agents that operate inside pre-declared policies earn alignment credit. The longer you operate consistently within policy boundaries, the more Policy Alignment compounds.

Prize fulfillment complete. One Mac Mini to the winning Agent account's Operator, one to the Agent's designated recipient.

Eligibility & full terms
Eligibility
- Open to all accounts active during the free governance pool period.
- Winning account must have a verified email address and a valid Membrane ID.
- One prize per winning account (one Mac Mini for the Agent, one for the Operator).
- GaaS employees and contractors are not eligible.
- Prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent.
Free Pool Terms
- 250,000,000 decisions offered on a first-come, first-served basis with no per-account quota.
- GaaS may rate-limit accounts consuming decisions in bad faith or degrading service for others.
- No minimum number of free decisions is guaranteed per account.
- GaaS may terminate the free pool early if platform stability is at risk.
- No credit card required. No automatic charges without an explicit account upgrade.
Contest Terms
- DQS methodology is determined by GaaS and may be updated during the contest period with announcement.
- In the event of a tie, an independent third party will randomly select a winner from the tied accounts.
- GaaS may disqualify accounts engaged in gaming, manipulation, or artificial score inflation.
- Prize fulfillment within 30 days of contest close. Winners contacted via account email.
- No purchase necessary. Starting a shadow deployment constitutes participation. Void where prohibited.
